Built into the shoot, not treated as an extra

Hair and makeup isn’t separate from the photography—it’s part of how the images come together.

Everything is approached with the final frame in mind. Lighting, wardrobe, styling, and beauty all working in the same direction so nothing feels disconnected or overdone.

What it actually looks like

Hair and makeup takes place at the start of your session, in-studio. I prefer what I call “elevated natural” makeup/hair.

Adjustments are made throughout the shoot as needed, depending on the direction and styling. The goal is consistency across the entire set of images.
